Return Policy
Our return policy allows you up to 15 days from the date of purchase to mail back the merchandise and receive a refund or exchange. Any refund or exchange requests after this time will not be honored. In order to be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging.
Broken/Damaged Items
It is the buyer’s responsibility to call the local UPS office. All original packing materials must be kept even if there is no apparent damage to the shipping carton. Limited editions or retired figurines will be replaced if possible. If no replacement is available, a credit or refund will be issued.
No Replacement or Credit Will Be Given Under The Following Conditions:
• The request is made after 15 days from the date of purchase.
• The item is returned without an outer carton.
• The item is returned without the original box and all paperwork.
• For UPS damaged merchandise, you have not kept the original shipping carton for UPS inspection.
Customers must call “G and L Fire Gifts” at 708-425-2884 or request order support here for a return authorization number before merchandise is returned. If merchandise is returned without a return authorization number shipment will be refused.
