We also reserve the right to adjust shipping to faraway places like the Maldives or Australia for example.
Return Policy
All returned merchandise must be sent within 7 days of receipt.
Broken/Damaged Items
It is the buyer's responsibility to call the local UPS office. All original packing materials must be kept even if there is no apparent damage to the shipping carton. Limited editions or retired figurines will be replaced if possible. If no replacement is available, a credit or refund will be issued.
No Replacement or Credit Will Be Given Under The Following Conditions:
• The request is made after 7 days from the receipt date.
• The item is returned without an outer carton.
• The item is returned without the original box and all paperwork.
• For UPS damaged merchandise, you have not kept the original shipping carton for UPS inspection.
Customers must call "G and L Fire Gifts” at 708-425-2884 or e-mail
for a return authorization number before merchandise is returned. If merchandise is returned without a return authorization number shipment will be refused.
